I have a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan. A successful Pilates Studio (Pilates For Every Body). A completely novel tap curriculum for 3-12 year olds (Happy Tappers). I have raised two beautiful children who I strive to embarrass on a daily basis, and a sweet, supportive husband.

Right now Matt and I are hard at work putting the finishing touches on The Goose Girl, a new musical based on the incredible novel by Shannon Hale. The Goose Girl is the story of a young Princess who harnesses the power inside of herself to save those she loves and create her own happily-ever-after.

I have written a comprehensive tap dance and music education program for tap teachers (Happy Tappers) including games, auxiliary children's books, songs, and coloring pages. I wrote and developed a children's educational musical that played for an audience of 7,000 children. I adapted Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" for children, working directly with the children I was adapting it for. I wrote the book and co-wrote lyrics for the original pop-rock musical "Varsity Cheer" with my writing partner Matthew Smedal.
